Kevin has extensive experience working in senior management positions across the training and education sector. Having built and managed a registered training organisation, Kevin understands the importance of ensuring there is the right balance between growth and compliance. Prior to this Kevin worked in the advertising sales industry where he gained valuable skills in business development and marketing.

Matthew has a wealth of experience working in a range of roles across the Vocational Education and Training Sector, having worked as a former policy advisor to the Victorian Minister of Skills & Training, also as the National GM of Quality & Compliance for a large RTO, and as an RTO manage prior to establishing Audit Express. Matthew has had experience with applying for and managing various state & federal funding contracts. Matthew is passionate about improving the overall quality of education.

Ashley has with over 10 years of experience in learning design and simulation with a passion for innovation to create enjoyable, flexible, and effective learning experiences. Ashley has worked in various industries including emergency management, higher education, construction, and public transport. Ashley is known for their expertise in creating immersive and engaging learning solutions that drive positive outcomes.

Following 18 years in Early Childhood Education and Care, Claire moved into the VET sector teaching Early Childhood through a private RTO. Claire’s strong pedagogy provided firm foundations for the move to androgogy. Her passion for effective educational practices has been the backbone of her move into learning and design, where she is able to apply sound theory to reduce cognitive load and provide practical activities for students across any vocation.  

Michelle has 6 years of experience in learning and development. Michelle is passionate about learning and creativity and believes these are essential components of any successful learning experience. Michelle enjoys exploring new ideas and concepts and is always looking for ways to incorporate innovative approaches in her work. Michelle is also interested in video as a medium for learning, as she believes that video has the potential to be a powerful tool for engaging learners.

Daniel specialises in Video-marketing and creative strategies for dissemination and positioning through multimedia content. Innovative and motivated with an eye for marketing and business. He specializes in videography, graphic design, digital marketing and 360 interactive environments, with more than 4 years of experience in the sector.
